Edible Arrangements

They don't deserve one star, more like negative 5 stars. I had an issue with a delivery of an edible arrangement to a person who lost his father. I had to deal with several stores over a week's time and all stores were great, allowing me to use my 20% coupon and giving me free shipping for the trouble I had to go through - EXCEPT the Brunswick store, and this was the one that I needed to get this order done. The manager was extremely rude, very uncaring, and not helpful at all. She refused to give me free shipping and claimed she was doing me a favor by giving me the 20% off - which was the coupon I already had. She wasn't giving me anything! She then lied saying she wasn't able to add free delivery with the 20% coupon when all other stores could. Customer service spoke to her and then to me and told me flat out she/the owner didn't want to give me both. The manager still pushed the sale in a way that I should be so very grateful for the 20% off, which again I already had so I told her to cancel the order and she practically laughed out loud about it. Wow, and especially when I was sending it to someone who just lost his father. This store doesn't care; horrible, horrible experience! Avoid Brunswick Edible Arrangements at all cost! All other stores in the area are fantastic! Don't spend your money here at a store that treats people so terribly. I've notified Corporate of the trouble.

Thanks to the edible arrangements Brunswick store for fixing my wife's 30th birthday fruit arrangement and chocolate covered strawberries. The independence location dropped the ball the first time but you guys did a great job. Fruit looked great and tasted fresh. Strawberries were great size and fresh as well, not MOLDY. I did not want a replacement basket and strawberries but I was pleased to receive it. When I do order again it will be from your location. Thanks again!

The driver was running behind the day before; so, called to see what our hours were and if available. Since not available at that time - the delivery person came out the next day during my lunch hours as I requested. Beautiful presentation of the edible arrangements and everything intact! Everyone here enjoyed it!
