Very upset. I got a Valentine’s dessert platter and drove quite a ways to come pick it up. And the cheese cake is smooshed and in pieces. They are very expensive and for it to look the way it does is inexcusable. I called to tell them my order looks terrible. And they just said everyone’s looks like that. If that’s true then I will never order anything from here again. It’s overpriced for the quality given to customers.

I had a delivery to my family In Toledo and they called to say the arrangement was very bad. The fruit was mush, no taste whatsoever, the strawberries were raw. What is going on in this business . I was so concerned about the delivery because the lady who took my order was brusque. Never imagined the fruit would be bad...Disappointed in VAnKaye Stewart- Bailey

One star and that star is for the delivery. I expect more for what I paid for my daughters birthday arrangement. Sure I was warned about the new flavor ( spicy ) that wasn’t just spicy , it taste like cigarette ashes. The remainder of the strawberries were supposed to be red velvet covered and they barely had a crumb on them and taste nothing like red velvet. The plain strawberries were terrible as well . Wayyyy to small and not sweet at all and weren’t even very clean because I could taste the grit . Safe to say I will never spend another dime with this location.

Fantastic customer service. Fresh, beautiful, and delicious arrangements. These make such a nice gift to suprise a loved one with. Would highly recommend!
