This is the absolute worst funeral home around they treated my mom badly after she lost her son. very rudely made people leave as the preacher was still talking. Would not let us do my brothers hair the way he would have wanted it told us to have his clothes there by Friday we brought them Thursday but his fiance forgot something and brought it down friday and he said he's already dressed we're not making any changes. the funeral director told personal info about my brother to people who did not need to know if you need to lay your loved this is not the place to do so they make it a nightmare
You would think that whoever wrote the check for the funeral service would be the one with final say on what happens. It seems that isn't the case and anybody with the Garnett new McDonald funeral home phone number can change the plans at the drop of a hat. Once we arrived at the funeral home we were met with constant blame passing and an overall condescending tone. They managed to make a hard day harder when they should be making it easier.
