Ordered a sympathy gift delivery online to be delivered to a local funeral home. It was absolutely gorgeous and brought some comfort to the grieving family. CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUTSTANDING! I live in Lorain but will continue to get my flower deliveries from Sissons! For you guys to take the time to send a personal handwritten thank you card, is so thoughtful and truly shows your appreciation for our business. In this technologically advanced world we are in, it was heartwarming to receive something so simple but very personal. A reminder to us all that what ever we do, take it one step farther! Liz answered my call when I was needing to place an order for my step-sons, for their Mother's Memorial Service. Not an easy task for anyone.nThe boys, they had some very specific blooms they wanted to incorporate, but were not exactly in season. Liz was sensitive & patient as she and I went through everything. We made changes to an arrange on the website, it seemed it would be just right.nLiz called me back later, as there were flowers (outside of the changes we made) they weren't getting due to COVID, & wanted to make sure I was okay with substitutes. This was HUGE! I have had other florists make changes without discussion, only to have them look NOTHING as expected.nWell, this was NOT the case with Sissons. The changes fit in beautifully. It lasted & smelled wonderful even smelling them across the room with masks on!nI can't say enough positive things about Liz, her sensitivity of making sure the Memorial Arrangement was just as we needed. Sissons handled delivery, everything was done perfectly. Once again I was NOT disappointed by Sissons. Thanks Liz!!
I like that this place offers small stuffed animals or candy to deliver with the flowers. Mom is in nursing/ rehab and I can't visit as much as I would like. The nurses and visitors to her room loved the flower arrangement and soft stuffed animal. Mom loved it too. It helps to brighten a room and bring a little cheer during these COVID restrictions. Yes I would recommend this flower shop, I googled florists near the rehab facility and picked this one because of the big selection of flower arrangements and small gifts and delivery selection. It was easy to use the website and take my time doing it!
I am so impressed with the service and friendliness of Sissons Flowers! They made sure that the flowers weren't left out in the cold and waited to ensure they were brought inside. Also, the hand-written thank you note was so kind. And, of course, the flowers were gorgeous. I highly recommend Sissons!
