What a fabulous experience! I had ordered flowers from a “big box” floral company to be delivered for an anniversary and was surprised to receive a “delayed shipping” notification on the anticipated day of delivery. I called A Secret Garden in a state of panic, asking them to prepare and deliver flowers within an hour of their closing time (on a Saturday). I told them the types of stems I wanted and the price point but honestly, I was hesitant to order an arrangement over the phone, sight unseen. What arrived to the recipient was absolutely stunning; a 360 degree arrangement to be enjoyed from all angles. I just truly appreciate their ability and willingness to help, and the beautiful craftsmanship in their work. Will definitely order again!
They delivered two arrangements for us for a funeral recently and exceeded our expectations in every way. The spray on the easel was absolutely beautiful and they were able to fill the order in only four hours. Amazing customer service.
