Excellent service! I called from out of state to send flowers and they were super easy to work with. I loved the emails they sent allowing me to follow my order while it was being prepared and delivered. Real info in real time! The arrangement was beautiful, great color and quality. Thanks Timp Valley Floral, we'll be back.

The flowers were exquisite and my daughter said the flowers were the prettiest she had seen in a very long time! I wanted all pink flowers with pink ribbon in a pretty vase and what my daughter received was exactly that! The staff was very helpful and the driver was prompt and courteous. I’ll be using this florist in the future.

Awesome arrangement! They did the best job even delivering on time despite my last minute order. Some flowers had to be substituted but still was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever sent!

EDIT: Addressing the owner's response below, unfortunately Google did not allow me to upload my pictures citing connection lost to the server. If you see the pics you can clearly see they are different products. For anyone interested, you can see my Yelp review which does contain the pictures including the Guarantee section on their website which DOES NOT show a 72 hour window. When I called them today, I was nothing but professional and non confrontational. I just wanted to give them feedback directly and request a partial refund. I am glad the response below was received so that consumers can see with their own eyes the passive aggressive tone. The owner mentions twice that I was "picky" and that "sorry we could not make you happy" ... so basically it is the customer's fault! How about sorry we didn't disclose the 72 hour guarantee? I notice that was not addressed at all in the lengthy response. If this is how they define customer service, then I recommend all reading this to look elsewhere. ORIGINAL POST: As a firm believer in "you get what you pay for", I do have to say I am underwhelmed with the product hence the one star review. I decided to order with Timp Valley Floral because although there were only two previous reviews, both were 5 stars and some of the other reviews for local florists were downright scary! I ordered the Sweetest Roses bouquet which start at $178.95. I opted for the premium version which bumped it up to $238.95 which is a significant amount in comparison to most of their other bouquets. The picture on the website did not change when you made the selection from Standard, to Deluxe to Premium which was obviously concerning so I made sure to call and order over the phone. I was very clear to the rep that because the cost is significant, I am hoping that the arrangement is much more grand. It delivered on a Friday and although it is a nice bouquet, it is certainly not what I would have expected for over $260.00. I have attached a picture of the standard version as advertised, what was received which is clearly a different product and how they look today, one week later... mostly all dead. When I spoke to Judy she said a week is actually a good amount of time for them to last. I know they don't last forever but they weren't fresh and starting dying within a couple of days. By the way my kids also got their mom a 15 dollar bouquet of daisies, all of which are still alive and look great... When I called today I expressed that a partial (not full) refund is warranted as I would have easily paid $160 for that bouquet. Per Judy, because I was out of the 72 hour guaranty window, they can only offer a $15 discount which frankly doesn't even cover the sales tax. I should mention that this 72 hour window was not disclosed on the delivery email nor is it shown on their "Our Guarantee" section on their site, snapshot also included. I feel Management could have handled this better. Pretty disappointing.

When we need flowers, we ALWAYS use Timp Valley Floral. The customer service is wonderful and their plants/flowers are always fresh and long lasting! Thank you for your help.
