I live in Colorado and ordered some flowers on-line for my sister-in-law's birthday, who lives in Eastlake, OH. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the owner. She said that one of the flowers in that arrangement was out of season and suggested a different one as a replacement.nnAnd asked if it was okay to replace it with another one. Which I said yes to.nnShe was very courteous, respectful and professional.
