Good people that care at a time of need. Famile owned and the most professional staff in the area.
I'm glad other's had a good experience with this funeral home, but because my wife died suddenly at age 50, they demanded an exorbitant down payment that I simply couldn't afford, the funeral director showed up at my house a few day's later demanding the cash & threatening legal action. I am a disabled Vet & live on a very limited budget, there where no family or funds. I found they treated my wife like a slab of meat, Ghouls! If your wealthy or have family to pay your good, if your in poverty, look out!
They took care of our father and they just gave our mom the same great send off. Garrett worked with us on a daily basis if needed or by email if time was short. Garrett spoke with all the family at different times throughout the planning and in the end he surprised us with a very unique vault topper for our mom...Here is a picture, he got it, he got our mom and we thank him and the whole group for the compassion and patience with all of us.
When our Mom passed on May 7th 2018nEveryone at Hornbeak were patient and we had no complaints whatsoever with the staff.
They went above and beyond to make this awful situation, the best it could be for my family. They answered every question, and took care of every detail. Thank you
