I moved here from Florida. Not knowing anyone, I brought my Big Red to Town & Country for a removal surgery of a nasty growth.nEvery person there made me comfortable and gave my dog attention like he was their own. I would never take any of my animals anywhere else in Frankfort.nI did bring him to 2 other places who told me the golf ball sized growth on his hind knee was not a big deal and I didn’t have to worry about it. Later to find out from Dr. Burchett that it was a wise decision. Didn’t realize vets in Frankfort hated pit bulls. Not this staff of God sent people. They just love animals. It’s the only vet in Frankfort that I would recommend. Thank you Kayla, Michelle, Sherry and Dr. Burchett for caring for me and my boy Archie. Love you guys.
They saw my sweet dog Pepper a couple times during the end stages of kidney disease. The whole staff was great, very compassionate and genuine. It was a pleasure to meet with Dr. Burchett, he listened to my concerns and I could tell he really cares about animals.
We love Dr. Burchett and staff. They are the best around. We have followed Dr. Burchett for 16+ years. The best place ever.
Excellent service. Sad time. Having to put my mother in law's dog down. Had to be done.nI was the only one in family able to do it. They were very empathetic and kind. Working with them is a heart warming experience.
They have always taken great care of my pet. And they are excelling at social distancing.
