We've used Animal Medical Center for all our pets for about 10 years or more. They are great. The staff is always super-friendly and welcoming to humans as well as pets. Before Covid, we were always welcomed into the exam room with our pets and the techs and doctors explained everything and all the options available to us. During Covid, that's not as easy, but they are still as responsive as ever, and they explain everything just like they did before, only it's usually by phone or outside by your car. You can trust them to take the best care of your pets. We do!
These folks care, and it shows. I had an issue that may have been something urgent. They were able to get my cat in same day, and were able to identify the cause and a path forward.nnDue to COVID they are not letting owners in the building; you call from the parking lot and they come and get your pet. After initial review, the vet will either call or come to talk to you in the parking lot. I would have preferred to go in with my cat (she's not great with strangers) but I completely understand why. And I'd rather they take the precautions and be available, than let people in the building and then have employees get sick and have to close the office.nnThe tech that took care of my cat was kind and caring, and did her best to keep the cat calm. I have no doubt that she received excellent care, and the treatment plan is showing improvement. The whole staff have been wonderful to work with over the years we've been in Frankfort. I'm very happy with the service from this vet, and will continue to use them.
Manchee boy enjoys the staff and they always give him little treats. They don't push unnecessary procedures and test on you but will let you know what's best for your doggo.
very professional, caring, friendly staff. pets are pampered. grooming available as well. pet supplies and pet food, everything your pet needs.
Dr. Bevins is awesome!! My Winston was a patient there for a little over 2 years! I moved from Frankfort to Versailles and starting taking Winston to Buffalo Trace Veterinary Clinic but giving a lot of thought to returning to Dr. Bevins!!
