Don’t waste your time with Northern Ohio Monuments, owned by Foos & Foos. I’ve called twice during regular weekday business hours. An answering service immediately answers, and states that someone will call me back—but they never do. On the second call, I shared that no one returned my call. She apologized, confirmed my number; and said that she’d rely the message. No one ever called. I recommend Balconi instead—they answer their phone, and have been very helpful.
My experience with this company was perfect. From the moment I walked in the door to make arrangements for my son who passed, the service and attention has been amazing. As a parent who had to bury a child, this has been hardest thing I've ever had to do. The warmth and compassion shown can't be praised enough. The whole process from services to burial to the picking out, creating, building and placing the headstone has been a long one but has been worth all of the time. JJ went above and beyond in creating a custom made stone that has exceeded any expectation I could have ever imagined. His patience and persistence in this process has been wonderful and I am forever thankful. Its perfect!!
