Please do your research. At the time their license was expired to due business. They were not only late picking up the body but they stored our family member in a regular office NON REFRIGERATED for seventeen days. At the time arrangements had been made and the closed casket with a picture on top was the way it had to be done. After that service, the family hosted a brunch. Come to find out, the body was not in the casket, it was stored in a Office right across the hall from the hosted brunch for guest. The body had to be cremated They did not take blame and on top of it they did not offer to make it right and then sued the family for the balance! Shame on this place! Shame on the owners! Hopefully they cleaned up their act. Hopefully they haven’t done this to anyone else. This is not the last stop for complaints. If I could I would give this funeral home a MINUS ONE MILLION STARS! STAY AWAY FRON THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE TO BURY A LOVED ONE. YOU DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON THIS DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS AND THE OWNERS. Vicchiarelli Funeral home handled our mom's funeral. Lori Vicchiarelli is the epitome of professionalism. Words do not seem adequate in describing how gracious we are to everyone at the Vicchiarelli funeral home for arranging such a beautiful farewell service for our mom. Thank you for the care you took with our mom- she looked beautiful. Our family cannot thank you enough for the personal care you provided for all of us during this difficult time. The day of the funeral went smoothly despite the weather. Lori took charge and directed the entire day with efficiency that allowed us to focus solely on our mom and each other.
