I had a great experience using them to deliver flowers to my girlfriend on her birthday. They were easy to work with, took care of everything over the phone and most importantly… my girlfriend loves the flowers!

I placed an order online for mother’s day and they cancelled my order without calling to notify me.nNeedless to say I was unable to find an alternative due to lack of communication.nnSurprised by the lack of professionalism.nn**In response to the company's response (5 months later)**nEmail is a very slow form of communication and can easily be sent to spam, I also received confirmation of my order, which made me feel like I could forget it and enjoy that my mom had flowers coming to her. As I explained to you all personally, I hope that you *call* your customers when you cannot fulfill a request, that way these folks can make other plans promptly, as opposed to hours later when they finally check their email again. I only placed the order because your website made these offers and said that they could get there by X day at X time... I was prepared to hand deliver the flowers to my mom myself, but your website had confirmed and misled me. This is why my expectations were not met.nI would recommend putting a capacity limit on your website with order purchases to avoid this in the future, that way it does not appear that you are making promises that you cannot keep.nnIt's really interesting that you choose to criticize a customer's experience instead of taking action to improve setting expectations of your abilities as a company.

Goes above and beyond for their customers. The Milam house discovered that the flowers I ordered was undeliverable due to the office being closed for the election and they took the flowers to an alternate address. Thank you for helping make my mom’s day.
