They were kind and professional, but they are not handicap accessible. They do a wonderful job taking care of your loved one and I have no issue with them at all. The issue I have is solely with the building itself, it is ill equipped to accommodate persons with physical disabilities.nIf you have visitors that are elderly or have physical disabilities this is not the place for you. I hate to even say that because they are so nice here, but this is an issue you might not think about until it's too late, and it could make what is already a terrible situation even worse.
The best in such a difficult time. Everything happened fast & details were perfect. They handled everything before a big snow storm hit. My Mom looked wonderful for everything she went through. I couldn't ask for anyone to be more accommodating in such a difficult time.
