Darrin and others at Cleveland Cremation took care of my father with compassion and in a timely matter. Being from another state and in Ohio for the unfortunate circumstances, Cleveland Cremation was the first option that popped up for when we had to make the decision to lay my dad to rest. The process was simple and the prices were very fair. We live in Minnesota, and shipping the remains was not an issue for us; they arrived home, secure, without waiting too long. Death certificates came on time with the state's schedule, so about 3 weeks after the cremated remains. I just wanted to thank everyone who helped again, it truly is hard having loved ones pass in our lifetimes, but with people there to start you off through the beginning of the grieving process means a lot.
I worked with Darrin DeCooman, Funeral Director of Cleveland Cremation. It’s a difficult time when someone passes away. It can be a good or bad experience when making arrangements for the deceased. My experience was a very good one. Everything was explained in great detail as well as a price listing for the funeral, caskets, urns, vaults, etc. Included was an obituary worksheet and a guide of things to remember to take care of. Crystal and Darrin, from Cleveland Cremation, were wonderful to work with. This was the first death in the family that I was responsible for managing and coordinating. Having never experienced a death, and all the decisions that were required, it was reassuring that Crystal and Darrin compassionately and professionally guided me through the process. Losing a loved one is extremely difficult, but having Cleveland Cremation assist on this journey made it as painless as possible.
