We have been taking our fur babies here for many years now. They are compassionate, empathetic, and so understanding. I never expected that years ago when we first stepped through the door. They put my heart at ease. Always. Even during the pandemic they are there for you.

Took my baby boy in today to be cremated and this being my baby for 13 years as he grew up with my son he was just like my child ... First time i've ever left him anywhere!!! They made sure they were soooo helpful !! I asked many questions as this is the first time ive ever lost a animal they walked me threw everything !! Being it was friday they called me at 7pm and told me i can pick up my baby's ashes tomorrow wich was quick !! Price was great they made me comfortable and showed compassion !! Great place i will use them again and will recommend them to anyone i know

I want to thank all of the staff members for showing such compassion and kindness to my father. He lost his best friend Spike yesterday and we rushed to find a place he could take him to be cremated, being the weekend we were worried we wouldn’t find anyone. My father said he hasn’t felt this way since losing his mother in 2008 & I’m just so happy we were able to find a facility that truly cares. Thank you all for all that you do for grieving pet owners, you truly make the difference! Thank you for taking care of our Spike as well! It makes the loss sting a bit less. ♥ufe0f

Extremelyyyyyy respectful, SO kind and caring. The passion they share for a lost pet made my quick meltdown a little better when filling out paperwork, I loved it. They were so quick about returning my little loved one back to me and they were extremely affordable compared to everywhere else I called. I recommend this place to anyone.

we recently came to cremate our animal and the staff was very friendly , professional , and overall good workers. if we would ever need this kind of service again I would come to this place as I've had a good experience.
