The staff at Community Vet are incredible. From the beginning when you call them to make an appt they're super nice. You can tell everyone there are huge animal lovers and arent there just for the paycheck! Both pets I've brought in here they've all loved them and treated them wonderfully. Before they did anything with my new puppy they were able to tell me exactly what they were doing and the cost, so there was no surprise at the end with a huge bill.
First time here today. Wonderful friendly staff. Very reasonable prices for spay/neutering.
The nurses and doctor were great. Answered all my questions and got us in same day. Took great precautions with covid. For sure going back if needed!
I took my cat here to get her spayed. They were very affordable, but had my cat for 12 hours and made no attempts to call me and update me on her procedure. She was not even taken back for surgery until after 4 pm and I dropped her off at 8 am per thier instructions. I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on and didn't get to pick her up until long after they were closed for the day.
We've been taking our Great Pyre mix here since she was a puppy and have loved their services since day one. The place is always clean as can be, beautiful and updated, and accommodating to all creatures.nnFrom the receptionist to the doctor, everyone here seems to truly and genuinely care about animals -- and they have the knowledge and experience to do so. They are always so polite and professional, and I trust them wholeheartedly to give the best service and attention to our pets.nnHowever, what makes them really stand out is that they're upfront about their prices, which cannot be beat anywhere else. Oh, and they print out a cute little magnet with your pet's face on it to take home :)
