They are so kind, caring, compassionate, trustworthy. So happy with the care our dog receives there!
Dr Hart not there. Treated poorly by other staff. Asked questions staff never got back to me sent me a letter saying not to come back . why-because they messed up my cats shot record. I love Dr Hart place not right without her. Charged me for clipping cats nails never paid 16.50 before. Didn't know charge was there till I got home because I couldn't go in with my pet. Not good business practices.
So excited to find a vet that takes rats! And the vet was the sweetest nicest person ever! Very knowledgeable and so excited to see my boys! Best vets office I've ever been to!
Doctor Hart is an excellent Vet. She doesn't only take care of your pet, she takes care of you too. She is caring enough to Analyze the whole situation and do what's best for pet and owner. After Tika passed away Doctor Hart was still caring and loving To me. I will never get another dog because I cannot take them dying. I highly recommend this doctor and this practiss to everyone. Also everyone of the staff members where wonderful and treated me very well. Job well done.
