I love this clinic, and I love Dr. Jackson. A-Z, from the doctors to the techs, you can tell they care. I trust them, and more importantly, my dogs trust them. I have had the sadness of the ultimate ending for my pet(s), but Dr jackson and the entire staff provided a safe place to bring my dogs to, and made me and my beloved friend feel the best we could in any given situation. Not only for the end, but through their whole lives. I love the fact that I know they care, and my pets know (knew) they were in good hands. VCA Middleburg, I thank you for all you do, and how you make your clients feel. I know this cannot be an easy job, but i wanted to show my appreciation for your clinic and those who work there. It is a place where I know I / they can trust. You have been there at the best and worst of times, and I'm privileged to be your client.
Only I could go in with our cat. Which was kind of upsetting but I get it with covid. But the nurse and the doctor I always see were pleasant as usual. It was when I was leaving I had a problem. I had gone to use the bathroom after paying, came back and grabbed my cat to leave and when I walked out in the waiting room to ask how to leave the receptionist and the other woman just gave me a rude, blank stare. And then just pointed me towards the back door. It was not very pleasant as it has been in the past. But other than that was a good visit.
Today was our first visit and we are so glad we went to VCA Midpark! Everyone is wonderful, EVERYONE. The bill wasn't bad either. Great experience. We highly recommend this place!
Best vetinarian hands down! Dr. Mags and her team ROCK! My cat was very ill. I was traveling state to state for 12 months caring for family members. One of the most difficult times in my life and they were there when I needed them. Always taking my calls and answering my questions, accommodating my schedule, reaching out to me to check up on my cat, etc..nI've had to take diesel to them 3 times recently and they fixed him up very quickly. Dr Mags diagnoses were spot on each time and taken care of asap. Thank you Dr Mags and the entire staff at VCA!
Dr Jackson is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and is kind and compassionate. Very obvious he cares about animals as if they were his own. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
