Dr. Feltes and her staff give you the tools necessary, you've got to be willing to follow through in order to achieve the desired results.
Great staff, fantastic interior. Location is mildly blocked by larger building before it coming a certain direction but still easy enough to find.
Dr. Feltes and her team took very good care of my dog. The investment in his emotional health is well worth the cost! I now have a dog that is well adjusted and happier than he has been his whole life because of their recommendations. I received regular communications from the technicians and client service representatives and had an abundance of time and attention from Dr. Feltes herself. I adopted my dog in December of 2018. He suffered from severe separation anxiety and could not be crated or left alone without destroying something. He and his brother had been found and rescued (they were about 10 months old). His brother was adopted first (he also suffered from separation anxiety). I went to the Behavior Clinic for help. I knew that if something didn't change, I would have to return him to the rescue, which I really did NOT want to do. I worked closely with Dr. Feltes and her staff - they were always just an email or phone call away. After a short period of time I began to see improvement in his behavior. I began to be able to leave him alone (with food enrichment and/or a destructo box) for increasing periods of time. We worked up to 5.5 hours (limited to this because of my senior dog, who needed to go outside after this period of time). Now I am comfortable leaving him at home whenever I need to go out. He even traveled to SC last month and was great in a rental house and the hotel room - even letting me leave him in order to go to the continental breakfast.nI cannon thank everyone at the Behavior Clinic enough for allowing him to become the great dog he was always supposed to be. It was a lot of work, but so worth every minute
