Great experience. I ordered over the phone, and the person who answered was helpful and polite. I had ordered right before they closed, for delivery the next day- and they did! My MIL loved the arrangement and the bow (I asked for one) was a nice touch on an already beautiful bouquet! I would definitely order from here again.
I received a beautiful bouquet for Valentines Day. It’s now 17 days later and the still look wonderful! It’s been a pleasure being able to enjoy them for this long!
So I'm writing this review at 3:05pm before the flowers were actually delivered. So I do not know the quality of the flowers but am very disappointed in the delivery thus far. I Ordered the flowers 5 days in advance of deliver, at 3pm still nothing from the recipient. At 3:03p I call Hirts and was told flowers were made just waiting to go out for deliver but will make there before 4pm. Why 4pm you ask, because in the note I stated she leaves work at 4pm! Where they are being delivered to is literally the same city just down the street! So now instead of enjoy at least a couple hours of beautiful flowers on her desk, she'll get to grab them on her way out the door! Not good service!
I was delighted with the birthday arrangement you sent to my sister in law. It was reasonably priced and delivered on the same day as it was ordered.
i cant speak well enough about this place. Their arrangements are extraordinary.nI get into trouble a lot and Hirt's always gives me a great ice breaker when I order flowers.nHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
