These folks are wonderful! When my Mokah collapsed, I had another vet tell me to take her to Dayton. I called Prices and they took her and tried to help her. They were very compassionate and helped me make final decisions. I also received a sympathy card from them. This was the only time they had seen Mokie. I will take my other dog to Prices.
A good place to take your furry kids, the staff is awesome, caring and thoughtful. The doctors are just as wonderful. The prices are reasonablenDuring this crazy pandemic, they come out and get your pet and they bring them back to you, right to your car!
Got my girl in when no one else would see her and staff were kind considerate and professional. My Maddie got rapid and thorough care when she needed it, I cant tell you how much it meant to us.
Dr. Freshwater is the best. They treated my laci dog. Now my cat sheba is under her supervision hopefully the cat cooperates to get better.
The people that work here are very nice!! They are very patient when scheduling and talking about issues. My favorite thing is the care about your pet being comfortable! My dog had a bad experience at another vet that made her very anxious when she has to go in. She will start blowing her coat like crazy and jumping in my lap. But Price Creek goes slow to make sure the animals are comfortable and not anxious. I was able to have an initial appointment, then take my dog back for testing for no extra office fee! Dr. Freshwater is also very kind! She was recommended to me. She explained everything to me in detail and answered all of the questions I had. She's even went an extra mile to answer questions via text when the office was shut down. She caught a heart murmur in my dog when the previous vet didn't even check, even after I complained of symptoms. I also love that she practices acupuncture, although that's not a service I have used for my dog. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because I started going there after covid, and have not been inside for the whole experience.
