Friendtown Veterinary Clinic

My boy unexpectedly got sick and I was panicked trying to find somewhere to take him that was not Medvet. I called probably 6 different clinics which all told me they couldn’t get me in.... thankfully the last place I called referred me to Friendtown. I called them right away and they were so unbelievably nice. She took my information and my cat’s symptoms he was lethargic, not eating/drinking/urinating and meowing in pain — they told me she would talk with the Dr to see if they could fit us in for an emergency visit. I received a call back not long after stating they could get us in and to come in at 2 or ASAP. We left the house right away. The tech that was checking him out was great and knew right away that he was very sick and went to get the doctor. I’m heartbroken to say but after multiple tests and lab results that were not compatible with life we had to let him sleep. The team was so compassionate and allowed my husband and kids to come in and say their goodbyes. I have never been so sad in my life and they all let us take our time with our boy. They gave me options to take him home or cremation- we opted for cremation. I got a called about 5 days later that I could come in. I received a nice tin with his remains and a card from them with half of a golden heart- the other half was sent with my Chan. Today, I came home to another card that all the staff had signed that had his paw prints and nose print in it. I will refer this clinic to anyone I know. I did not get to bring my baby home, but I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have him put to rest.

Amazing very knowledgeable vet

Dr. Horn always has the care and well being of your pets care her priority. We have been going to her since before she started her own practice. She allows you to send photos of wounds your pet may be suffering with in order to ensure she has whatever is needed to treat. We've in Indiana and drive over an hour to to bring our pets to her for treatment and care.

Great vets and staff open 7 days a week

So excited to see this vet Clinic come to Huber Heights. And they still have their office on Ginghamsburg Rd too! Same great staff same friendly faces! Great caring place to take your animals and very reasonable prices.
