Very professional, but even more so Kari and staff were very caring and supportive. Great communication and assistance with all of the details and arrangements. Very thankful for this local, family run home. They provide a personal touch that you won't get with big corporate funeral homes. Highly recommend.
I was never more pleased in the professionalism my family received after the loss of our mother. The quilt she provides to the family is the best gift and the most thoughtful gesture ever. Just wanted to say how wonderful these people really are. I’ve lost both my parents and in such tragic times they couldn’t have made our experience any better . They really helped us threw these times . So many options for different price range . They are on top of their game . Kari is one of the sweetest women I’ve met . She offers blankets with your lost ones picture on it . Was the best purchase/ gift I could have asked for . I will never go anywhere else but here . Highly recommended. Thank you guys !
Kari and all the folks at Arpp, Root & Carter treated us like family while handling the final services for our mother. Yes, I understand that a funeral home is a business, but the business side was treated with dignity and utmost respect. Every detail was meticulously attended and considerately executed.
