I definitely appreciate the service they provide to the community. At times they can appear to be a bit rude on the phone. PLEASE don't hold your breath waiting on them to respond to your message: ironically they include NOT to leave multiple messages on their voice mail. Although more affordable than most veterinarians their still a bit pricey
Love the staff and the care I receive for my dogs and cats! Defiantly worth the 1:30 min drive. I wouldn’t be able to provide my animals with the care they need if it wasn’t for pets in need. If you need vet care that is affordable and caring this is the only place I will recommend from now on! The front desk staff is also amazing ! Love bj she is always so caring and friendly
I love this place. All workers in the place are wonderful. They dont look down at you because you are low income. They are amazing with your pet. I would recommend this place to anyone who cant afford the high priced vet.
Pets in need is a AWESOME loving caring friendly helpful organization for people with pets but can't afford to get their pets the care and medical attention they need. They spade and neutered both of my dogs for free. They are the best.
