Grady has a very professional staff, and very good abilities to talk to their patrons. They are able to converse and explain things. They are also empathic to your and your pet's needs. Open 24 hours, and the staff is always open to your needs. I have found the place my fur family will be going from here on out.
Thank you Grady Vet for being there for my family when we needed you most. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful, sweet girl of 11 years and Grady Vet staff was so supportive and helpful and all that you would want around at a time like that. You were there for us over 15 years ago when we lost our pet and I am relieved and grateful that nothing has changed with your care and service to your families and were able to hold our hands through this difficult time as well.
Faced with an emergency after my cat suddenly became ill, Grady Animal Hospital was unbelievably efficient, very friendly, and understanding. This hospital runs like a well-oiled machine. I can't believe it, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Not only did my little girl find a new veterinarian, but I've also found a great deal of access and confidence in what she needs with Grady.
They were Great Beth was Very Nice kitten about 4 to 6 weeks old got hit by a car Beth told us where to come. took kitten in right away. the kittens head was crushed wouldn't have survived anyway. knew us as soon as we walked through the door. said they would take care of remains by creating it. that was very helpful and sweet. I'll continue to take an animal there for help. and I'll recommend them to everyone I know. GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE. THANKS
They were very attentive to my doggy that had been severely injured. They were also very kind and patient with me as I figured out payment. Would recommend 10 out of 10.
