My wife brought a kitten we had just rescued to get a check up, shots, ect. The customer service was poor. Misspelled pet name after repeating it multiple times, had to ask for a flea medication 3 separate times and still after being charged did not receive the flea medication. Unfortunately my wife didn't realize until she got home but with how poor the service was we are going to purchase medication with another vet.nnAll in all we got proper charts, information, and to the best of my knowledge our kitten received adequate care. It is just unnerving to place our pet, who we care for very much, in the care of business that is disorganized, rude, and just doesn't seem to care the way we do!
