I ordered edible arrangements for my BestFriend birthday for yesterday Friday Feb 26,2021. This place does same day delivery but you have to pay extra. I paid extra for same day delivery and she never received the arrangements. I received an email from them last night saying that they delivered the arrangements. But they never did and she just got the arrangements a few minutes ago and it’s Saturday afternoon. The fact that I had to pay extra money to have it delivered on her birthday and she didn’t get it. I’ve been calling the store since yesterday and know one answers the phone. It just rings continuously and you can’t leave a message. To cover their tracks, they sent out an email the same day saying that they delivered the arrangements so it could look like they delivered it on paper but in reality they didn’t deliver it until the next day. I want a full refund and if I don’t hear back from this company in 48 hrs I’ll be calling corporate again. This is unacceptable! And I’m so disappointed.

I ordered the trio package according to the picture. I received my order in a bag versus a to packaging box. Someone should have called to say you were out of boxes and asked if I still wanted the order. I would have cancelled. That's not what I paid for. But thank you for my order, I'm sure the treats are delicious.

I received a gift of flowers and chocolate covered fruit. When I unpacked the flowers they were already starting to wilt and in less than 24 hours 75% of them were almost dead.nWhen I tried to call the store that delivered them they aren't answering their phone and you can't leave a message. The fruit was very nice but incredibly disappointed with the flowers.nIt was from the Cincinnati store on Hosbrook Rd.

They were able to make an arrangement for me at the last minute. It was a surprise for my parent's 40th anniversary. Walked in and asked for it to be ready 12:00p the next day. The fruit was perfect and fresh.

11/14/2020..........Update 11/17/2020nI AM LIVID!!!! My nieces, grandpa passed away and I ordered the girls a regular edible bouquet and sympathy bundle (3)balloons saying “Thinking of You”nTHIS LOCATION HAD THE NERVE TO DELIVER SLIMY FRUIT AND 1 smiley face balloon. The delivery was near closing time. I’ve been trying to reach them and they seem to always be busy...... I have pictures as well. I’ll be visiting this location, since no one is answering the phone. ASAP!nnUpdate:::n11/17/2020nnI never called the corporate office. I called the local store and spoke with Brad. He apologized and offered to correct the situation. New delivery went out early and the girls love the arrangement.nThank you for making the situation right:)
