Trader Joe's

Since moving to Cincinnati in 2013nI couldn't find a finer place to grocery shop. The assortment of neat things Traders offers together with the consistent warm hospitality and what was perceived to be genuine kindness extended my way by the entire staff on every visit without exception truly made my shopping experiences at Trader Joe's pleasurable and refreshing.nWow! they really do a great job and truly appreciate my business.nnWith that in mind I occasionally shop at Fresh Market and most recently Whole Foods. I find both to be excellent.nThe hospitality Trader Joe's provides is in a league of it's own, so I thought.nThat is until several associates at Trader Joe's decided to deviate from the norm and provide the friendly customer service I had come to know on and off depending on what visit.nnThe Trader Joe's loyalty just ended,nGame Over!

This might be the happiest supermarket in the United States. Trader Joe’s employees are always so available and willing to help that spending a few extra dollars on something does not really matter. Doesn’t matter who you ask you will find an encouraging answer to your questions.nnPro tip: if you have kids, find the “hidden” frog and your kids will get lollipops or stickers if looking for a “sugar-free” option. It moves around the store so make it an adventure. Who knew grocery shopping could be fun for everyone?

They may not have everything a big store has, but the have so many, many things that are so much better than a big store. It’s so easy to shop there and the staff are beyond friendly. Everything is fresher and tastier. Just go, it’s great.

Love this store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean, well-organized and stocked. The variety of products is excellent. The measures that are in place during this pandemic made me feel safe and protected.

My Trader Joe's is not very close and the parking lot is very small, but the main reason I go is service, quality, variety, and SERVICE. There is always somebody ready to help in the friendliest manner you can imagine. I only go about once a month and mainly I go for the wine, beer, and coffee (3 of my 6 major food groups.) The prices, quality, and variety are exceptional and the seasonal specials such as Danish Kringle from Racine are outstanding and worth a special trip.
