Dr. Tracy is very caring with my baby boy. She answers every question I have as well as voluntarily adds additional information. The prices of vaccines, visit and care are lower than other vets I have been to over the years. I would definitely refer them to my friends.

Becky the receptionist has an appalling attitude. If she has better things she wants to do, she should go do them. She serves no value in her current role......and to echo other commenters, she is a 'know it all'.nWe expressed concerns about the reaction to insulin our cat had been prescribed and these were brushed off with no real concern or explanation, despite being given publications that this behavior was a result of hypoglycemia. They just keep saying his glucose measurement was still high and we had to increase the dose - basing a clinical decision on one piece of data instead of the full picture we were trying to get through to them. Dr Tracy just wouldn't listen. This is the second visit to this vet. And the last. We're taking our cat to another practice for a comprehensive review tomorrow. Bad attitude and arrogance do not entice my custom.nCredit where credit is due: The vet techs work hard and are very polite and helpful, as far as they're permitted.nEDIT AFTER RESPONSE FROM PROVIDER: New vet prescribed a different insulin regimen and is performing a glucose curve measurement and advising on how to measure actual blood glucose measurement directly. Indian Ripple Vet did not even mention this was a possibility. Now viewed as incompetent. I'd also draw attention that 'Becky' doesn't appear to know what a speakerphone is. Appalling response following appalling behavior. Could not recommend.

Had a AI done here and they was very unprofessional they did 2 AI and when my dog did not get pregnant. They told us in the phone when we called back that her progesterone level was high and probably wasn’t ovulating!!! So why do 2 AI if that was the case. Then they was so rude. I wish I could give them a zero on the stars
