We established ourselves with this facility after adopting a German Shepard and Belgian Malinois. On 2/1/21 I visited your facility because my Belgian female was urinating blood; later that evening after spend $240 I received a call, that she has a severe urinary infection. I apprised the receptionist that I will order her meds through Chewy.com. On Thursday 2/4, We called your facility to check on the RX status THREE TIMES (once around 1pm, 3pm and AGAIN at 445pm with no follow up)... Chewy.com informed us that they have still NOT RECEIVED a fax from the clinic to fill my dog’s RX for, what they described, as a SEVERE urinary infection. Your receptionists should be fired for laziness, lack of detail and blatant negligence. It DOES NOT TAKE 3 DAYS to send a fax. Furthermore, every time I schedule an appointment, I have 3 different people ask me, 3 times what I am there for.
