Edible Arrangements

Delicious and fresh fruit. Nicer quality than what I can get at the supermarket these days. Only complaint is telephone customer service. There was a mix up with delivery and I didn’t realize it at the time because I was woken up by the knocking after spending all night sitting up with my sick child. Driver was already walking away by the time I got dressed to answer the door. Driver made me yell out my name 3x down to the parking lot to confirm I was the right person. He came back up and was very polite. I checked the tag on the bag and saw my name. Then he double checked the address with me as well. We both confirmed that I was expecting a delivery so he gave it to me and left. I jumped in the shower to wake myself up more. Got my kids showered as well. Then took a look at the delivery and realized the mix up. I received part of my order and somebody else’s. Since it was a birthday package I thought it was for me because it is my birthday which why I ordered for myself. I thought someone else remembered my birthday too. But there was a different name on the additions. So I called back and the girl answering had an attitude. She tells me that I can keep the extras and they’ll just make a new basket for the other recipient. I told her I needed what I payed for plus no one was going to eat these other items anyways. She just puts me on hold. No “can I place you on a brief hold” or anything like that. She just puts me on hold. Then comes back like 5 minutes later and says fine we will make you another one but the delivery will be at whenever we can get to you and we will just leave it on the porch. Like no attempt to take responsibility for their screw up and clearly blaming me for it and punishing me with poor customer service, I’m kinda worried about eating the food now because of the attitude I got. Then she just hung up. She didn’t let me say more than 2 words the whole time. I won’t be ordering from this location in the future

Very friendly and knows what they're doing definitely will go back.

Was disappointed. The chocolate on the strawberries was not as good as before and broke off on the first bite. Seemed thinned down.

I live in Michigan. It was my granddaughters 21st birthday in Feb so I called here n order cookies n balloons. My daughter and granddaughter were very impressed with what was sent. So now I’m sending cookies n balloons for my grandson. ud83dude01
