Took our new Dane to get his initial shots and check-up. Great service and they made sure he was good to bring home.
The curb side drop is hard for me but the people there make it alot easier by the kindness they give. Love this place. Will definitely continue going there
As a first time pet owner I didn't know what to expect. And with covid-19 I wasn't sure if I would feel like I was truly able to get the needed answers. The staff was phenomenal. Dr. Marsh was patient and so sweet. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. The professionalism and customer service we're to notch

First off, let me just say that the staff members here are top notch. I moved here at the end of November and before I had an opportunity to establish a vet for my 5 kitties, one of them started to act very sick. I tried calling another local vet, which rang and rang and rang - and when they FINALLY answered the phone I was put on hold. A friend in town recommended East Side and they answered the phone within the first couple of rings, so I was immediately impressed. They got me in same day (& it was late on Friday, so I was so APPRECIATIVE) and let me know what was going on with my cat, Toby. Every person I came across was super friendly and accommodating and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. They were very thorough and gave us options to give Toby the best care. Since he ended up needing surgery, they let me know exactly what was needed and what we were looking at cost wise - the finalized bill was only slightly different due to an added service we were offered and accepted. I just picked Toby up and they were even more thorough and answered every question I had, even the silly ones. I would 100% recommend them for your pets if you’re looking for affordable care with an amazing & loving staff. I’m beyond thankful for you guys & Toby is, too ❤ufe0f
