Kroger Floral Department

Terrible customer service and the selection is wilted and old. Tried to ask the guy if I could special order a specific arrangement, I was told no and pointed towards a dozen “orientals”. I am sparing a few details because my intention is not to break this poor man’s identity here but what I was inquiring about was a burnt orange with bits of black and he didn’t even listen long enough to hear that and pointed at white “orientals”. Will not return and expected a much better service from this Kroger. Most of my other shopping is done here and never In years of coming, had an issue like him. The woman ahead of me was finishing a question, he brushed her sideways to get passed without even acknowledging her question! I know CS has really decayed in recent years over all, but this guy was the epitome of terrible! Sorry for anyone that needs a floral item and gets pushed away. 30 minutes I could have spent with someone interested in helping create something and wants the money i have to spend on it.
