Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital

Dr. Parsons and her husband are wonderful vets. We have been taking our dogs to them for many years. They are trustworthy and kind. They truly care about our dogs. The receptionists are all super helpful and treat us like friends. The vet assistants always go above and beyond in helping us and out pets. I wouldnt take our pups anywhere else. I have been very happy with the curbside service and I appreciate your being there for my dogs during all the confusion in the world. the personal experience and care showed to my family and pets have been a great comfort for me. Doctors and staff are always wonderful and I trust that my dogs are getting the very best care available.nAt out most recent visit we saw Dr Harvey and he was wonderful. I felt listened to and included in the care plan we made for my dog, Freya. The level of care here cannot be beat. Also the curbside service has only gotten better as we navigate through the pandemic and tough times! Its seamless and very inclusive for the pet owner.

I'm always so happy with our visits; the staff is absolutely wonderful. They're friendly and show excitement and enthusiasm when they come get my animals from the car and when they bring them back to me once the appointment is done. The vet is always clear and thorough and makes sure that we understand to our best extent what is going on with our pets. I appreciate the team at UAVH so much, I always mention them to new pet owners at the animal shelter I work at if they live within a decent radius. The quality of care given to my pets and shown to me, as an owner, is wonderful.

I will continue taking Coco here because of the great amount of trust I have for them. I think the curbside check in is working well. The staff and doctors are great about calling and explaining everything going on. I really appreciate how much you care about my cat.

Everyone is very friendly, courteous, caring, and professional. The Vets are very knowledgeable and really take their time to explain their diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment in a way for an ordinary person to understand. I really feel like my pet is in good hands when she's in the care of the folks here at Upper Arlington Vet Hospital. Vets/Staff really understand a pet owner's concerns/anxiety over their pet's healthcare.

I was very impressed with the quality of the veterinary hospital this week. I brought in my 10 week old puppy and they were simply wonderful, answering all my questions and giving great advice. They never made me feel rushed, so it was easy to have a conversation with both the vet technician and the doctor. I am so glad this hospital was recommended to me!
