My husband ordered an arrangement from here to celebrate our 11 year anniversary, he usually doesn’t like to buy flowers. Ordering from here has solidified his feelings towards buying flowers due to the fact that they gave him flowers that hadn’t fully bloomed yet making the arrangement look bare. Now, over a week later the flowers still haven’t fully bloomed and they are dying. So all that money spent and we never even got to enjoy the beauty of the flowers. A very thoughtful gesture on his part, but him and I agree that it was a waste of money.nnUpdate: Griffins surprised me this morning with this BEAUTIFUL arrangement unexpectedly! I am impressed with how they have gone out of their way to correct this! Thank you! You have gone above and beyond!

I live in Arizona and forgetting about the time zone difference I called Griffin's Floral late in the afternoon Ohio time to order a bouquet for a dear friend who was having an especially sad day of widowhood. I was hoping to get the flowers delivered the same day, but given that it was after their delivery cutoff time I didn't expect it to really happen. After explaining the reason for my urgency they got to work and 2 hours later I got a call from my friend thanking me for the very sweet gesture. The smile the bouquet put on my friend's face and her heart wouldn't have been possible without the amazing staff in the Griffin's Floral company as a whole. Thank you so much for helping me bring a glimmer of sunshine into my friend's life.
