Kroger Floral

Used to be a great place to go to! Now, ever since the renovation, the employees there just seem to not want to be there at all and are always treating you like you’re dumb. I went to purchase a flower arrangement where the associate “Saundra” didn’t bother to help or offer to help but yet another woman walked around the roses, she immediately offered to help. I went ahead and got different types of flowers to create my own arrangement and went I proceeded for checkout, I had to get the attention of Saundra as she was on the back “cutting” the new delivery. She seemed bothered that I even asked her to checkout my items. I stated that I wanted this to be made into an arrangement and she went and said, “well that’s gonna be a $3 upcharge and I don’t think you want to pay that.” What do you mean by that Saundra? Just because I’m not dressed up or are a “woman” doesn’t mean I have good sense of what I want or what I can afford to pay. What a joke.nProbably will start heading to Giant Eagle across New Albany Rd.
