The funeral home was the worst in good service to family members. They did not introduce who they were from when they came to pick up my father from my home. Then, they were non responsive and rude to the funeral home in Michigan where we had my father transported. Finally it took almost 2 months for them to file the death certificate, which you have to have to do anything as executor for my fathers estate. Mt. Carmel East uses them when you have a relative going to another state for burial. If possible ask for another funeral home service if you too have a loved one that upon death has to be transported to another state.
