I Definitely Recommend!! My friend took her pets there all the time. Everyone who works there, you can tell they love their job. They are so patient and care very much about all the animals that come through there. They even provide cremation services for pets that have passed away.
I normally love this place. They usually take exceptional care of our animals. However, during an unrelated surgery today they decided to take several our baby’s teeth without asking. And then stick us with the cost. Very upsetting.
Mostly satisfied. Only issue I have is that when I desperately needed to talk with a vet, I did not receive a return phone call until the following day. A bit pricey in my opinion, too. $48 for an office call. If it's a follow-up appointment, could it maybe not cost a full office call fee?
Every one there was wonderful. All caring people. Didn't have to wait to long outside before they came out to get her.
Banjoe is much better thanks to them. They were kind and understanding, and very helpful and concise in explaining what I needed to do for my baby post surgery.
