Floral Originals

Tried to go through 1 800 flowers to place an order for flowers for father in law for a friends funeral. Since this is the only florist in the area that would do this arrangement, the lady that answered the phone demanded double the price. Tried to find a replacement and did. AGAIN demanded DOUBLE the price for the arrangement FOR A FUNERAL!!! This is very poor way to treat someone trying to give you money for a product or service. PRICE GOUGING AT ITS BEST/WORST. Also so its known this shop also goes by the name Kortnies Flowers.nCustomer beware!!nI also contacting 1 800 Flowers, ( who were very helpful and got what we needed squared away) and let them know about this florist's unprofessional and ridiculous practices.nFather in law does not have internet, I am posting for him.

I needed to order some flowers for a funeral and wanted to use a local company. I called the funeral home and asked for advise they suggested a couple of places I chose Floral Originals spent $113 for the arrangement and it sure doesn't look like it should've been so expensive. I was very disappointed. Won't be a returning customer.

My grandfather spent hundreds of dollars on flowers for my grandmothers funeral. The day of the funeral they claimed they never received the order, though he had already paid them for it in person. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's day. I had a special request and directions. They were beautiful and the customer service I received was excellent!! I definitely will use them again.

Amazing shop. The arangement i ordered for my fiancee came out better than I could have imagined and the girl at the front desk was sooo helpful. I called in with a question and she was able to make the process very easy and painless. I would recommend coming in for every order. The shop is beautiful and very well kept and there are amazing ideas all over the place for different arrangements.
