Lifetime Pet Center of Williamsburg

I started going here several weeks ago and I am highly satisfied with the service, cost, communication, and friendliness of the staff. I haven't been inside the office yet due to COVID-19 so I haven't met Dr. Miller face to face but I've spoken with him about the progress and health of my dog and her puppies.

Staff is great and the Dr too! They always are very polite and eager to help my babies no matter what they need! They are very attentive and go above and beyond to make your pet feel safe. I had my boy Rebel in there a while back and he was diagnosed with a light positive on his heartworm test. I was given different options and everything was explained thoroughly to me so I could make my decision. I am happy to say that he is Heartworm free, healthy and happy! Thanks for always being there to keep my babies healthy and looking good after their hair and nails are done ud83dudc9c

They’re fine unless you want to buy your pets medications somewhere else for price/convenience reasons. If you try to do that, they truly try to make it impossible. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, unless you like overpaying for medication and being super inconvenienced to pick it up all the time because they refuse to cooperate with online pharmacies.nn** response to owner 7/1/19 - I’m pretty sure you don’t like your clients going elsewhere, because you don’t make money that way. The pharmacy I use is NABP and LegitScript accredited, and you never gave me problems about it until recently. I appreciate your commentary on my intelligence, but your policy does not “confuse” me. All you’re doing is making it difficult for busy people to get their pets medicine.nnI’m sure you hope the end result is people just using you, but it’s more likely some people will just stop medications for their pets. Most working people or people with families don’t have an abundance of free time to deal with obtaining flea, tick, and heart worm meds for their pet. Convenience is very important when you’re juggling lots of obligations.nnDespite the fact I called 1 day prior and explained I needed to pick up my dogs script, I stillnhad to go to your office 2x to actually get the script and I wasted most of my day doing so. **

Very friendly staff. Dr. Miller is awesome. They are really good to my fur babies.
