The Rustic Rose Flowers and Collectibles

I ordered flowers weeks in advance scheduled to be delivered Dec. 23 for a Christmas gift for my aunt & uncle. I realize around the holidays supplies is in high demand especially during a pandemic. But I ordered way in advance. And what they received was nothing at all like what I was expecting and not even close to what was pictured on the website. And I paid for the premium all that extra and it wasn’t very big like pictured. And their prices are a lot more steep anyway then most florist. And especially when I ordered local right there in Williamsburg. Needless to say I needed sympathy flowers recently and went to a different florist. Although the flowers they did send were pretty and got the job done it wasn’t what I paid for. I also never received an email confirmation of delivery. (Update on my review as of 02/03/2021) The owner personally reached out to me and wanted to make things right. Offered another floral arrangement at no charge. Explained they have since hired a new designer and lowered prices some. My uncle recently passed away and they made an arrangement at no charge to send to his funeral. I am pleased with this. That is excellent customer service. The owner themselves was my understanding personally took care of this arrangement and made it and even got a flower delivery because they didn’t have all the flowers for the specific design I liked. They even did this with barely a 48 hour notice. I just wanted to say thank you so much for caring enough to please your customers!

I placed an order for a friend who lives kind of out of town in a very rural area. I did not know she was out of town as it was to be a surprise gift. Well, thankfully the flowers weren’t delivered until the day she got home. It was very good of them to wait until hearing back from me to confirm. My friend received beautiful fresh flowers and was so thrilled with them.

Ordered flowers for my Grandmother’s funeral. They were absolutely beautiful. Delivered on time even though I ordered late the day before. Very happy w service and quality of the arrangement.

I was trying to order flowers from out of state for two days, I tried the online places and had a few issues so i called a flower shop in that area, the lady was not helpful and not friendly, I then called The Rustic Rose and reached Kelly, She was absolutely amazing, she went out if her way to help me and my Favorite Aunt recieved her Beautiful Birthday Arrangement the same day. I have alot of family in the area and will be recommending you guys to everyone. Thank you!

I ordered a custom arrangement for my mom (bad work week) and it was absolutely gorgeous!!! It really couldn't have been more perfect. I will definitely be getting all my flowers through The Rustic Rose!
