Excellent vet and staff! Dr. Franzen took the time to answer all of our questions, without rushing us. She was happy to talk about issues we were concerned about, as well as give advice. She was very honest, she didn't try to push certain dog foods that are really pricey, she told us her personal favorite and even gave a list of alternatives she felt provided proper nutrition. She presented options on care as well, from the bare minimum to even optional procedures (non- threatening growth) to let you know the range of pricing options without feeling pressured. Her staff was kind, patient, knowledgeable and just down right friendly. It is very apparent that they care for the animals they treat.

Took my dog in for a check up and vaccinations today. This was a much better experience than the company we used in the past, without a fuss kroner got all of the vaccinations & check up done ..even though my dog is fussy, they took care of him and made sure he was in good health. Most importantly, I felt so comfortable handing my dog over to them. They were kind and helpful with everything. They gave us some medication to help soothe my dogs nerves for the next visit. I'm excited to finally have a good place to take my dog for his check ups, vaccines and grooming. Thank you kroner ud83dude0a❤

I’ve been taking my cat here for an eye problem, the staff here has been so nice and helpful! The couple times I have brought her home from here she’s never stressed out like she has been from previous vets. The costs are affordable and the care they provide is exceptional. I recommend this vet to anyone in the Athens area!

Very caring & friendly staff. I had to make a heart breaking, gut wrenching decision to lay my 11yr old puppy love to rest after finding out his muscles and nerves were shutting down. They were very helpful, opened and understanding about my many questions and concerns I had. They allowed him to stay with us in our vehicle while he fell asleep. The process was finished inside. A few moments later he was brought back out to us along with his paw print mole for keep sake.

Seems like a great business. Workers are very kind and my dog loves seeing them!
