The Plains Veterinary Hospital

Tried to get my cat in for an emergency visit on a Saturday and received extremely rude service from someone named Natasha. This has been my vet for years and I was shocked at how inconsiderate and rude she was.

KRONERS... here’s the BOTCH JOB they did to my puppies tail. She had injured about 1cm of tip of her tail, this is how much she has left!! The original quote was maximum of $250... when I picked her up the bill was $360 when I asked why.. I got told “ well you wanted her to have anesthesia right”nI should have done my due diligence and called other Vet Clinics first. Which I did after ! Like I said KRONERS charged me 3x as much as the other offices.nPLEASE people call around before you commit to KRONERS CLINICS doing anything for you. God I miss Abfall. Unfortunately couldn’t post pictures!

Saved my dogs life ! All other vets said to go to Columbus.

Super friendly and compassionate employees who takes your animals health and comfort seriously. They know what they can handle and recommend other clinics to go outside of their realm of practice.

This place is the worst office to bring your loved pets in for treatment. I took my dog there for an ear infection and two weeks later he still has it. The plains vet hospital gave my dog prednisone steroids and NOT the topical ear cream everyone else issues. I had to pay $120 dollars. Forty of it being for an office visit. They wanted to recharge me the office fee and see my dog as a first time patient and he was not. The other veterinarian office on the plains is so much better. They’re vets are always the ones your pet sees, not a revolving list of veterinarian doctors each different from the last each time you visit. This place really truly sucks that’s why their practice sucks. Worst clinic in Athens county Ohio!
