We ordered an arrangement from Hyacinth Bean Florist for our daughter-in-law. She lives in Athens and we live in Columbus. I loved the ease with which I could order on-line. As soon as I ordered I received a confirmation e-mail. The flowers were delivered as we requested. The arrangement was gorgeous, the colors vibrant and our daughter-in-law loved them. We highly recommend Hyacinth Bean Florist! We'd definitely use them again!

While we appreciated the doorstep delivery given the serious snowy road conditions, we were very disappointed with the floral arrangement itself which looked nothing like the one ordered from the website. Reimbursed 50% as requested.

If you want curbside pickup you have to call. there is no curbside pickup option when ordering online; they force you to choose delivery
