I have NOTHING BAD to share about the animal shelter.nIt's always well kept. Clean looking. Clean smell. And animals are taken care of from what I have noticed. He's always diligent about helping.nOn a personal note, PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL SHELTERS FOR ANY MISSING ANIMALS YOU MAY HAVE NOT FOUND. THE CHIPS ARE A WONDERFUL IDEA.... ALSO, ANY DAY IS A GOOD DAY TO GO VISIT THE SHELTER AND ADOPT YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND. OR VOLUNTEER TO HELP TAKE THE LOAD OFF THE REGULAR WORKERS THERE.
Had my puppy in with parvo they got him fixed up and back home after 3 days 2 night stay and the price was very reasonable!!
I had a very dear pet who come down ill. I took him to our normal vet and he got us to pay $150 a month for Premarin that our dog was dying and he'd never recover. I heard great things about shemwell and after our visit it turned out that my dog was just old and overweight. He ended up passinga year or so later but not from what the original vet had said. Thank God for Dr. Shemwell!!!
They are the most caring and kind clinic . They are there for you and the animals. I drive an hour to get to them . Will not go anywhere else.
