Amazing people! Dr. White and his son and staff are second to none! They treat they’re patients as if they were their own. The ladies that run the front office are so sweet and caring. 100% recommend for all of your fur babies!

Great vets even if the news was not the best

I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!nI trust them wholeheartedly. I've been going there so long I like we are family.

My husband and his family have been going to see Dr White for about 20 years. We waited months to be able to get in to start seeing his son Dr Pete and were very happy until recently when we had a error that was made by the front desk in scheduling. We have a new puppy and went to schedule his 2nd round of shots and called exactly for that. When we got to appointment they said he was not due for his 2nd round of shots yet and gave him a physical exam instead. I expressed my concerns to Dr Pete and the front desk with why i was scheduled for this appointment if he was not due for his shots yet. Ironically he said i had a happy and healthy pup but in all actuality he had a uti and i was there a few days later asking them to test his urine since i came to think he had a uti (not them). I should have never been told i have a “happy and healthy puppy” if in fact they did nothing to determine that. At his next appointment i asked if there was something that could be done since this scheduling error was made and i didnt need to come in last time whether it be just to charge me for the shots and not a visit (since it really isnt needed anyways) or a credit that can be used going forward. The reception transferred the call to Dr White who i have never spoken to before or seen-we have always seen Dr Pete his son (my husband knows Dr White personally and has gone there with his families dogs since he was a kid.) Dr White answered the phone rudely to begin with, acted like he knew nothing of the situation but when i brought up my dog and what i was charged he knew exactly who i was talking about and he refused to remedy the situation. I was not asking for anything for free i was only asking to not be repeatedly scheduled and charged for services i did not need and a remedy to the error made by their reception. He ended up hanging up on me after rudely insinuating that i wanted something for free. When my husband tried calling the next day he refused to talk to him. Very very unprofessional. If you need money that bad then raise your prices dont schedule customers for un-needed services and expect them to keep paying for them. Also this vet does not like when you get your prescription meds filled somewhere else. I get our script for our other dog filled closer to our home rather than the 30 mins away that the vet is.When i need a refill on the script it sometimes takes them weeks to send the refill to the pharmacy which means my dog goes without his pain meds. I have tried to ask for more than 3 refills and i also try to follow up myself when i need a refill and both go unaddressed. Not sure exactly what is going on because i have never heard anything bad about this vet. These experiences make me wonder if my dogs are actually receiving the services i am being charged for since we can no longer go into the vet.

Curbside drop off and pickup of our animals.nDoctor took time to come out and talk to the patients human about their pet. Very caring and understanding group when you need to be assured about your pets wellness.
