I had an emergency with my cat, and scheduled an emergency visit here. I arrived 10 minutes early and my cat was not seen until 45 minutes after the appointment time. She has not been eating for days, and approximately 5 minutes after leaving the car the vet called to say she had performed a physical exam. They would need to see her again in the morning for tests and x-rays. I did not schedule a visit to get a future appointment. I scheduled because this business is listed as an emergency clinic and had an available appointment spot. I came with an emergency and expected to have her condition evaluated as an emergency.nThey charged $125 for emergency visit without even taking as long as a standard vet appointment to examine my cat. My cat is notoriously hard to examine, and with me present it takes at least 10 minutes. This was obviously not even a regular exam, they charged me for an emergency visit, and then said I would need another appointment to get the tests necessary to diagnose her condition.nThey act like thieves to make an appointment when they cannot perform the actions required to diagnose my cat's condition just to get an emergency visit charge, and then don't take even enough time to do an exam (I don't think they did one) while asking for future appointment. IT IS AN EMERGENCY, NOT A ROUTINE VISIT!!!!!!nI need results not charges for nothing, and more appointments so they can charge again.nThey estimated over $500 dollars of exams and tests along with the future appointment.nnUPDATE:nThe owners contacted me after I wrote reviews on multiple platforms (including BBB complaint). They expressed desire to fix the situation and to clarify information.nI was informed that this location is not an emergency clinic even though their website and doing an online search stated as such. They provide services, but are not an emergency clinic.nThey admitted that the fault with little to no communication during this visit was theirs, and that information should have been provided better.nI received a full refund of the charges. I will not take my pets here in the future.nAfter I agreed to the refund as a beginning action for rectifying this situation, and I was asked to 'delete' these reviews. I chose to update, as this is valuable information for those who may be confused in the future.

This is by far the best vet I have taken my dog to. The doctors and staff are amazing and friendly. I ask so many questions and they answer all of them without rushing. Their rates are also great as well! I highly recommend!

Amazing staff I’ll never go to another vet besides this one the level of care your animals receive and the compassion they show towards you when you’re unsure if your sick pet will make it is incomparable to any other vet. The staff is beyond professional and friendly the place is very clean. I recommend this place to anyone who asks for a good vet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They have saved two of my dogs lives one who is very old and got very sick and the other who was barely a year old and had some sort of infection, I am so grateful for them they saved my babies.

The care that our puppies have received at Cornerstone Veterinary Hospital has been outstanding. The docs and techs that we have encountered are very experienced and skilled especially Dr. Monast. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. We are very happy to have found Cornerstone and would highly recommend this practice.
