I liked that the vet and vet tech were gentle with my kitty and treated him like he is the special cat that he is. I think animals can sense when people care. He was calmer than I've ever seen him at a vet visit. He even took his exam, 2 injections, and nail clipping without any problem. I liked that my questions were answered and I got a lot of good information. (My previous vet didn't answer any questions, it was a nightmare.) Although Google has its place, I prefer to get info from experts. So, I was glad to be at Westuck because now I understand how to better take care of my cat.
I have used Westuck since I adopted my kitty from the local animal shelter. I was not aware when I adopted my kitty that she was so sick. When she still was issues after a few days, Westuck was happy to see her. Dr, Wagoner was extremely nice and patient. My kitty was soon on the mend and living her best life. Westuck has been my go to Vet ever since. I am sad to be moving as I am not sure I will find another Veterinarian that takes such care. I highly recommend them. From the staff to the doctors, it's a great place that will put your mind at ease that your pet is being cared for by the best.
Sir Gunther was well loved and taken care of!nnVery informative!! I called sort of last minute to get an appointment due to my regular vet being busy, they were able to fit me in (after 4pm!) for a next day visit. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and remembered my pup just based off his description, gave him lots of loving and treats. During the exam, the assistant spoiled him with bones and took her time getting familiar with him. When it came time for the exam, the vet took her time and was not rushing, she gave a lot of great information, and made sure to listen to my concerns as older pet parent instead of giving a general plan.
What a great group of people! Everyone has been very friendly and positive and you can tell they really love animals. I love all of the appointment reminders as well. Prices seem very reasonable
Love this Vet great people. I've been bring my dog here for years after I moved him from a Clarksville Clinic. He's getting older(13) and one day I found he could no longer walk on his back legs. I was heartbroken thinking it was time for him to be put down. 4 months later he's running around like he was 5 years younger. I'm just over the moon and thankful for them and the ladies behind the front desk. Just thankful I can extend his life and he's no where near suffering.
