They're very busy and you usually have to wait. I just brought my puppy there to get her nails trimmed. It was quicker then I expected. The techs seem nice. It cost 18 dollars plus 7 dollars for pet waste.

Very nice people. It was a complete no contact service while you wait in your car. The only bad thing is you can't go in with your pet which is fine because it is much more safe avoiding covid.

They have really good vet services. Wait time may be long but worth it. I’ve been bring my dog for annual checkups for the past four years, and one emergency appointment and Every single time I have called to book an appointment the staff make me feel that they do not need my business, they make it very clear with their attitude. Plus don’t even think about accommodations, It is what it is if not they would gladly give you information to bring your pet somewhere else. I adopted my dog from the Town of North Hempstead animal shelter and these vets were recommended since they used their services before I adapted him. Like I said the care is really good But I don’t know if I want to keep spending my money in a business that makes obvious that they don’t need my patronage. Plus private vets are NOT out of reach, I realized that if I can afford them once or twice a year, I can afforded A little more for better customer service.

Dr Juliana Dunlop is the best. She listens to you’re concerns of you’re pet, she’s understanding, and mostly importantly she’s very patient. My Dog Coco has been a patient of hers for 10 Years. My dog came in for a wellness visit and Dr. Dunlop discovered/heard an irregular heartbeat which also known is to be a heart murmur, she decided that it’s best for me to take my dog to get an echo, I was nervous at first but Dr. Dunlop told me that it was nothing to be worried about and luckily everything turned out fine it’s just a little heart murmur that can’t be cured but just Hass to be monitored hopefully my dog doesn’t go on medications but either way Dr. Dunlop is an absolute caring and most very patient doctor. I wouldn’t see anyone else unless if it was an emergency because I travel pretty far to get to the clinic here.

The wait is unacceptable. Even with covid and there's always a slight delay at doctor's/vet appointments. To be seen at 1pm for a 12pm appointment and then wait 1/2 hour just to be checked out is totally unacceptable and unexcusable. If the place cannot handle the volume, schedule less appointments.
